How to Reduce Belly Fat Twisting Your Waist

Pay special attention to the waist twisting exercise as that is what’s going to help you burn that muffin top; but go at your own pace and if you have trouble keeping up, slow down but do not give up. Just keep trying and with time you will be able to do the whole routine effortlessly.

1) Whilst still hoping from side to side with leg crossing in front, bring one arm up and rest the other arm on your hips.

2) Change arms whilst still hoping from side to side.

3) With arms out to the side (slightly bent) and legs together, twist your body to the left bending knees down. Then twist to the other side and bend those knees.

4) Increase your speed now from looking forward to twisting to the sides and bending knees.

5) Jump now as you turn whilst twisting from side to side. Keep bending those knees.

6) Left your arms up and but hands behind your ears and continue to jump from side to side as before.

7) On your toes now – jump, jump, twist; jump, jump, twist…

8. Slow down a little now and with heels off the ground and legs together, tap your toes from side to side.

9) Increase the toe tapping speed with heels still off the ground and knees slightly bent.

10) Bring arms out to the sides and continue with the toe tapping.

11) Twist from side to side whilst still on your toes, bending your knees down as you twist to the sides.

12) Slow down the tapping.

13) With large strides, cross one leg in front of the other and move side to side with these long strides.

14) Add sweeping movements with your arms as you stride from side to side.
